Terms and Conditions for Water Amenities and General Resort Use
By entering the private bath area, water amenities, or the resort, I, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my heirs, and administrators, acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of the private bath, water amenities, resort, its equipment, and facilities. I understand the nature of the activities and voluntarily accept all inherent or other risks, whether known or unknown.
1. Assumption of Risk:
Guests acknowledge that the use of the private bath, water amenities, and resort involves certain risks and dangers. By entering, guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.
2. Clothing Policy:
Clothing is optional within the private bath area.
3. Occupancy Limit:
A maximum of four (4) individuals are allowed in a private bath at any given time.
4. Hygiene Requirements:
Guests must shower prior to entering the private bath or any water amenities.
Washing inside the private bath or water amenities is strictly prohibited.
5. Health Restrictions:
Persons experiencing any of the following conditions are not permitted in the private bath or water amenities:
Covid-19, fever, colds, or flu-like symptoms
Inflamed eyes (pink eye), nasal or ear discharge
Open sores, skin diseases, or any communicable conditions
Diarrhea or other gastrointestinal issues
6. Prohibited Activities:
The following are strictly prohibited in the private bath, water amenities, and resort areas:
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of illicit drugs
Glass containers
Eating or drinking
Sexual acts or inappropriate behavior
Throwing or tossing of objects in public areas
Jumping or running in public areas
Drinking alcoholic beverages outside designated areas
7. Service Animals Policy:
Service animals are welcome. Service animals are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Colorado state regulations prohibit non-service animals from entering the premises. Pets whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Under Colorado law, it is a criminal offense to misrepresent an animal as a service animal (C.R.S. §18-13-107.7). Guests may be asked to provide the following information:
Is this a service animal that is required because of a disability?
What work or tasks has the animal been trained to perform?
8. Damage to Property:
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to resort property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
9. Management's Rights:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable manner and not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the resort premises. Management has the right to request any guest to vacate the resort immediately, without prior notice and without providing a reason, and the guest shall be required to comply.
10. Compliance with Laws:
Guests are required to observe and abide by all applicable laws, government rules, and regulations in force.
11. Photography and Video Policy:
Using photographs and videos taken in the resort for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
12. Child Supervision:
Children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to run or play in hallways, stairways, parking areas, or other areas that may disturb other guests.
13. No-Smoking Policy:
The resort enforces a strict no-smoking policy in all public areas, rooms, and suites.
14. Liability Disclaimer:
Management is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
15. Amendments to Terms:
Management reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. These terms also incorporate all other rules issued by the resort.
By using the private bath, water amenities, or entering the resort, guests agree to comply with all stated terms and conditions.
