• Reservations are required on weekends and holidays. The booking platform only allows one guest to be added at a time (the “+ / –” button will not adjust group size). To book for multiple people, please add 1 guest at a time until all are in your cart, then complete checkout.

Midday is lively and full of energy. It is our most family friendly time with kids splashing, families playing, and plenty of activity as the turquoise waters glow under the dome’s bright light. The tropical greenery and warm mineral water create a playful and restorative escape in the heart of the mountains.

Capacity is limited to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and space for families to enjoy together.
